Dann können Ärzt*innen auch Frauen den Zugang zu Hormonersatztherapie oder Verhütung einschränken.
Wenn ihr akzeptiert, dass Trans-Personen rechtlicher Schutz entzogen wird…
Dann können Männer auch Frauen diesen Schutz nehmen.
Das ist der Grundsatz hinter „Trans-Rechte sind Menschenrechte“.
Unabhängig davon, wie ihr zur Frage steht, ob Trans-Menschen „wirklich“ das Geschlecht haben, mit dem sie sich identifizieren – die gleichen grundlegenden Menschenrechte, die uns schützen, sind auch die Basis für die Befreiung von Frauen: körperliche Selbstbestimmung, Würde, Gleichberechtigung und Schutz vor Gewalt.
Und genau diese Rechte wollen viele Männer verzweifelt abschaffen.
