An undersea fibre optic cable between Latvia and Sweden was damaged on Sunday. Nobody has blamed Russia, yet, but everybody knows it's them and a vessel has been seized by Swedish Security.

@kevinrothrock so three separate ships, with connections to #Russia, just happen to drop their anchors and drag them kilometres along the seabed, damaging critical cables and infrastructure in the process, and #WashingtonPost (I mistyped that was Washing Post :)) states there are sources saying it was an accident? Surely that is seriously stretching credulity…?

Or maybe their sources were Russian?
