The #ArcadeFire fan presale for #RoyalAlbertHall did that thing where they did not include the stalls standing tickets, as far as I can tell, to ensure all the seated tickets get sold. Not paying £110 to sit at the back.

I see #ArcadeFire have announced another show. They are such a good live band, but I bet the price for Royal Albert Hall is going to be insane.

A recommendation if you have #MUBI: #TheLastYearOfDarkness, an interwoven slice-of-life documentary focused on five regulars at a fringe/alt nightclub in Chengdu, Sichaun, China. It's not groundbreaking as such but it is a good view of people who feel very much like familiar figures in a (to me in the US) different space -- and there's a remarkable use of the Fashion Rocks performance of "Life on Mars" by #ArcadeFire and #DavidBowie towards the end. https://mubi.com/en/us/films/the-last-year-of-darkness
