I’m in the local IMAX to watch #PinkFloyd in Pomepeii - MCMLXXII.
It’s been a while since I went to the cinema, I must say I’m impressed with these premium seats that recline, and the little table to put my popcorn on.
I’m pretty certain that Guilmour, Waters, et al never imagined this is how their concerts would be watched though.
“The Great Gig in the Sky” est un des morceaux des Floyd les plus puissants, pour moi le meilleur de Dark Side of the Moon (j’ai compris ça tard, par son empreinte sur moi) par ce cri, qui crie fort de l’intérieur – cf l’effet de sa citation dans “Buongiorno, notte”.
Il faut rappeler que c’est une impro de la chanteuse et choriste Clare Torry (reproduite plus tard note par note dans les concerts des Floyd, qui ont eu constamment le fétichisme de la copie live des albums studio) et que Clare Tory a dû poursuivre les Floyd en justice (2004) pour être créditée comme co-autrice et toucher des royalties.
Luc Lagier, Blow Up – Son #PinkFloyd au ciné est impec. Son Top 5 est nickel. J’étais sûr que son nᵒ 1 serait celui qu’il a choisi
