*squeels!* Briar Bound came out! I got to play test this a couple times

kandi-jeanne.itch.io/briar-bou

"Briar Bound is a roleplay heavy, GMless game for 3-5 players inspired by the stories and legends of Br'er Rabbit. While Rabbit is the central figure in the game, each player and character has an important role to play in telling this story."

It's really really fun!!!

Google DocsGame Devs of Color Expo 2024 - Speaker ApplicationThank you for your interest in speaking at the Game Devs of Color Expo 2024! We're looking for powerful talks that are entertaining, thought-provoking, deep dives into an interesting subject, explorations of how identity creates meaningful work, and so on. We want talks that leave our audience with new ideas, insights, and tools that they can apply to their own work or lives. We prefer talks that haven't been given elsewhere, if possible. It's our goal and responsibility to create a conference that’s inclusive, safe, and represents as many people as possible, especially people from traditionally underrepresented communities. Please review our Code of Conduct for more about the atmosphere we aim to create. As part of the submission process, we have included questions to help us ensure our lineup reflects Game Devs of Color's goals and standards. If selected, your talk will be pre-recorded between June and August, and aired during our expo between September 18–21. We will work with you via a production company to make sure you give the best talk you can, and we will provide a speaker's fee for your time and effort. Accepted speakers are also entered into consideration for our Game Dev Grants (up to $25k per team.) Speakers will be compensated at the following rates depending on talk length: 15 minute Microtalk - $250 30 minute talk - $500 (to be divided between the speakers) 45 minute panel (per Panelist, max 4) - $150 We will be evaluating talks based on various criteria, including how they fit into the schedule. If you have multiple strong talk ideas, please submit them as separate entries. If you have any feedback or questions, email us at speakers@gamedevsofcolor.org. When you complete this form, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a link to edit your submission. If you do not, please contact us at speakers@gamedevsofcolor.org. You can review previous talks on our YouTube channel. Submissions close on April 19 at 11:59pm ET. Got more questions? See the FAQ. Looking for where to submit your games to the showcase? Apply using this form.
