The supposed competition between China and the United States for a more competitive AI is a theater. The only thing that matters is how to apply the power they already have in specific tasks, and the less energy expenditure there is, the sooner the implementation will come. This is not a war of states, it is a war against the working class. #phohp
You don't have to be a math genius to realize that in a context of declining energy and raw materials, there will be no automation for 8 billion people.
