We found an original painting in an op shop. It was in need of repairs to get the frame back together. Knowing DH has done this before, we bought it for $15.

Another bus stop wait, another op shop special, another Enya CD: Watermark.
As a dedicated op shopper, I know one's luck is in direct relationship with the number of visits one makes, the clear idea of what you are looking for, and the universe being aligned. Today I picked up some new women's work pants for the garden, and a lovely original beach scene in pastels.

My Vinnies days are extra easy dinner days & today I picked a simple pie for dinner. Got it out of the freezer, turned on my wee oven - 25mins later went to check on it & there it is in the bench

I might be more tired than I thought!
At Vinnies we have an Anko rack, anything with the Anko brand varies in price from $1-$3 only. We get so much Anko stuff & it flies off the racks unsurprisingly. Today I found a winter dress, sweatshirt & jacket for my 7yr old granddaughter, all new looking & cost me $3.

Singlet from the #charity outreach where I volunteer (if I recall correctly; otherwise, probably from #BuyNothing); cream faux rose hair clip from Buy Nothing (again, if I recall correctly); coconut shell drop #earrings also #SecondHand; and the world's greatest cross-body bag (seriously, I could kiss it!) was maybe $8? or $12? from #SaveTheChildren.
