CD is "GaijinCD4" by Disc — a collaboration between <a href="https://oslo.town/tags/Matmos" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Matmos</span></a>, <a href="https://oslo.town/tags/Kid606" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Kid606</span></a> and <a href="https://oslo.town/tags/Lesser" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Lesser</span></a>. Described in the catalog as "skipping noise terror". Meaning, it's made from CD skipping sounds. To leave no doubt about that fact, a Hildegard of Bingen CD full of cracks is included as a bonus. Erik<p>My initial thought was that I wanted to listen to some scraping sound, but then I saw this endurance test instead: the collaboration between David Ireland And GX Jupitter-Larsen. Three 18 min.+ monotonous tracks. Scraping sounds on the second!</p><p>A nice soundtrack while looking at the Vinyl Communications catalog. Erik<p>The Haters - Further</p><p>There is no concept written about sound or approach used on this release. Very dense noise with some mechanical sound in the background. Some kind of percussion sound, also? I didn't think such musical approach was allowed in The Haters, but then again, everything is allowed - of course.
