Skid Row have the playout video, "18 and life", the ballad of Ricky who is jailed for being a wasted rock ranger (or something like that).

Skid Row had attracted a lot of attention in the rock press, they were protégés of Bon Jovi, lead singer Sebastian Bach was extremely photogenic, the rest of the band were good looking, and a lot of the marketing lent into the physical appearance. "Buy this poster of Sebby and Skid Row, get a single free!"
