I've been so busy worrying about moving I haven't been keeping up with sharing my crafts! I am still crafting - trying to do more, in fact, since it's such a nice outlet for stress.

Here's a little custom book cover I did for my dad not long ago, on a small book that is a little inside joke for our family. I'm super pleased with how well it turned out, particularly because I managed it very quickly, and it was my first time breaking away from linen cover material and into other fabrics.

I don’t make many plates, for no good reason, really. For a potter, it doesn’t get much more gratifying than producing a stack of ware that people will use time and time again to nourish themselves. Spirals and radial patterns mimic so much of the natural world from galaxies to sunflowers to primal representations of the sun. #pottery #ceramics #handmade #beautility #FunctionalPottery #crafts

New #WIP! This one is a triangular kerchief for a medical aide here, Marietta, who has been very helpful with me and my recovery.

Pattern is the Ivy Scarf, yarn is Classic Elite Giselle in the color Cloud, US4 ChiaoGoo needles. It's weightless, and except for the tinking back and frogging experience, a delight to knit with!
