The pragmatic philosophy we use is to push value as soon as the value is realized; not to wait until "it is finished". If MapComplete were to wait launching until "everythin is finished", it would never have launched. Software is never perfect.

Furthermore, a PR is also a good opportunity for some feedback. There are also some other thins we need to think about, such as adjacent concepts.
