There's been reports of a Steam data breach recently, and instead of jumping the gun I reached out to Valve first to see what was going on. Here's a statement from Valve.

Let's not forget that companies do take their time to announce their data breaches.

The Valve's Steam data breach can be a BS but on doubt just revise your own security, that doesn't hurt (so much) does it?
Folks the Steam breach claim appears to already be debunked.

There might be a breach of 89 million Steam 2FA codes and possibly user credentials via a supplychain-attack at the Valve 3rd party supplier "Twilio."
As far as I know, this is still unconfirmed, but out of an abundance of caution, if you have a Steam account, change your password, reset your 2FA code / enable 2FA, and make sure you're not reusing your Steam password anywhere else. These accounts will be compromised as well.

Update:
Doesn't appear to be a breach, but, ya know, it's still good security practice to change your password and use 2FA anyway.

Two-factor your accounts, too, if you haven't!
You should probably change your Steam password: data from over 89 million Steam users is reportedly on the dark web following a vendor breach

Change your password now, if you use the same password for other things, now is a great time to use another one, just for this and randomly generated.

The responsible people at Valve decreed that personal insults in reviews are not offensive.
When it comes to review policy, Valve is one of the worst platforms for developers.

Valve's VR headset is supposedly on track for a 2025 release, despite delays caused by dumbass US tariffs, according to a "leaker".
It is supposed to have SteamOS support and a price tag of $1200. Which, for that price, they can keep it. I'm good.
JFYI: DOOM The Dark Ages doesn’t launch on the Steam Deck and crashes during the intro. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any workaround so far. Unless Valve or id are working on a fix, TDA won’t be playable on the Deck for now.
I've blown $3640 in my time on Steam since 2012, that's $280 per year and I don't know whether I should laugh or cry about that!
