4 yrs ago (after 11 yrs of silence), I emailed my retired #UCBerkeley #thesis chair for advice. Not only did he help me - but he became a pen pal - with my kids. He sends my kids things like custom coloring books - and they send him fossils. Now he is their teacher. #STEM #womeninSTEM #environmentaleducator #Cal
