Frantic 🇬🇧 + 🇪🇺<p>The local election results in England are turning out to be quite remarkable. Look you don’t understand, we have to axe disability and other benefits - we can’t tax the rich and corporations fairly because they will leave. 14 years of Tory cuts and austerity and now Labour are in power it is more of the same. It simply doesn't work. Cuts do not generate growth. If people have less money in their pockets, they spend less, businesses suffer, jobs are lost and the tax take decreases.
