Just deleted my #TickTick account after learning that it's a #US based company. I don't care how good it is or how long I've been using it. I'm revaluating all of my software and softwear subscriptions.
I've moved to #SuperProductivity it's #OpenSource and the developer is in the #EU If you're a developer and your product isn't Open Source in the states I'm not interested.

@rolle I use #Simplenote for super quick, instant notes (including a few "sticky" ones that I come back to on occasion to update), and #Obsidian for what I call "cold storage" of notes, permanent, detailed and on hand for reference any time I need them. Beyond that, #TickTick for task management. This is the result of almost two decades of attempting to simplify my life, fwiw. Linux and Obsidian will work, but best option would be their paid sync service unfortunately. It's cheapish though.
New #Superlist version 1.7 is out. Now supports natural language processing - "get milk and eggs tomorrow at 2pm" translates the text into a working due date and time. IMO that's a fantastic feature but it's sadly not present in most task apps. #MicrosoftTodo, #TickTick and #Ora.PM have it. It's phenomenally useful for quick task entry when you need a reminder.
Shame that there isn't a #Windows desktop client for Superlist (yet). But the web version works fine.
Gonna spend the rest of this year evaluating a few task management options as my #Todoist subscription expires in a few weeks.
#ClickUp, #Superlist and #TickTick are my main options, thus far. Any others I should consider?
