Politics Canada<p>Vote splitting is how Doug Ford got three shots to ruin Ontario. The majority of Ontario residents didn't want Ford, who won a "majority" with 18% of registered voter support in 2022. Boycott #Seperatist #DanielleSmith’s #Alberta until she stops threatening Canada.

Do #Albertans think we #NDP voters were happy to scuttle our own party just to prevent #Conservative rule?

For many, this was not an election to celebrate, but you don’t see us threatening separation despite our pleas for #ProportionalRepresentation being silenced.

#Canada will not be held hostage by a entitled child Premier, attacking the outcome of our democratic election.

Hold your quisling referendum Alberta, then take #SeparatistSmith, your corrupt #UCP and it’s #MapleMAGA base and leave. Good riddance.

From your wishes to events and outcomes, from your dreams to donuts, from blueprint to a house of progress.

I look forward to the new generation of leaders to join Alexandre and Leah in Ottawa.

This election result is from very concerned taking no chances Canadians, its neither surprising nor a setback for progress.

Canada is at the forefront of a world wide struggle for democracy and self government.

Discussions on the paths forward should bare this in mind.

Dear Jagmeet,

You were the leader most of Canada didn't know it deserved: kind but tough, principled but collaborative. In a political arena full of privilege and graft you chose to fight for regular people trying to make ends meet; trying to keep their jobs, trying to access their healthcare; trying to preserve their planet.

You were the face of the real Canada. I so wish you could have been our Prime Minister.

Thank you for your service to us.
Sincerely
Chris

Bloc leader Yves-François Blanchet who also suffered some setbacks, had some real talk today:

1: He said he would offer a 'truce' on sovereignty, as long as the Liberals didn't "offend" Québec on language, secularity, or oil.

2: Solemnly, "the marriage between the NDP and Liberals brought the NDP from 25 to 7, I'm not sure if I were them, if I would try that again”.

Goodbye #JagmeetSingh, you proved to be no ally to Canadian workers or to the many groups abandoned by the Liberals and Conservatives.

"The #Liberals openly govern for the wealthy and connected, making no serious pretense of serving ordinary people.

The Bloc, at least, makes no bones about putting Quebec first. Singh, by pretending to fight for working people while helping the Liberals maintain power, manages to be even more contemptible."
