@mirabilos and others point out that Vaduz is technically a village, and anyway doesn't really have any of the properties of a "city-state". The point is revoked. @ccferrie

@opencage Sorry, I honestly don't understand the rules. Why is the federal district for Mexico valid but for the USA not, and why is Liechtenstein's Vaduz (which doesn't have "city" or anything like that in it's name) more valid than Brussels (which happens to also be a "gewest"). I.e. what makes a city a city under your rules? #fridaygeotrivia
