Are the current #CPU releases with hardware #AI processing, canabilized areas that were once destined for improved hardware #APU/#GPU processing? Is this setting back #gaming/#encoding performance in the name of AI marketing?

I can imagine how #NVIDIA will play its card on the shift from #x86 to #ARM.

They will create their own platform, and #RTX will be exclusive to their SoC.

Goodbye graphic cards, those will be reserved to the (enterprise) #Quadro.

You will either get #AMD or #Intel with mild gaming performance, or an #NVIDIA SoC to play games, which will cost as market leader.
