Later, Allen was suspended again for disobeying orders and initiating daytime pursuit with no lights or sirens through a residential neighborhood near a park and school.

At one point he hit 52 mph on a 20 mph street at the edge of a school zone.

#LanceKuretza of the #MonongaliaCounty #Sheriff's Department isn't worth the air he breathes. What a worthless piece of shit and sorry excuse for a human being.

He should be taken out back and put down like the rabid dog he his, just like Kristy Noem did with her dog.

When this guy dies the world will become just a little bit better.

These terrorists!

“Ma’am put the gun down!! We’re trying to help you!”

SHE DID NOT CALL FOR HELP, she is not the “male black” they’re looking for. SHE IS IN HER OWN FENCED IN YARD AND THEY SHOOT HER ANYWAY.

I am laughing at these idiots thinking that they have taken cover behind this rickety ass fence. Do they think that will stop a bullet if she was trying to shoot them?

Remember the "No New Youth Jail" protest in Seattle?

Yea well we didn't need this lawsuit to know that these cops are tax funded rapist who commit more crimes than they solve.

Only solution is to cut their budget and spend it on effective social programs.

"No criminal record" is now the rallying cry for the many who are being swept up by law enforcement for nothing more than their ethnic origin.

But I'd like to remind you that "criminal record" and "known to the police" were also previous rallying cries against the same people who had done no wrong, and were given records simply for their origin.

What you are seeing now is a progression of the same impunity which had started long ago. This was always the goal, but they are now just skipping steps.

They were already taking people who had done no wrong, they had simply added the step of writing down their names first.

The time to speak out against this was also a long time ago, but too many remained silent. The longer people remain silent, the deeper they can go and the less anybody can do about it.

(ie, like myself who has a criminal record for being beat up by a cop having a bad day, for no reason while minding my own business, without even lifting a finger or saying a word. While he doesn't even have a disciplinary action to his name, never mind the brutal, criminal, violent assaults and hate crimes he committed to show on his record. Like so many others, I had also wheezed "I can't breathe" many years before the world heard George Floyd utter those same words.)

Legalise it

"A Greater Manchester Police officer who was arrested after being found with cannabis inside a car would have been sacked had he not already resigned. GMP's top cop, Chief Constable Stephen Watson, said former PC Jahid Jalil's conduct was 'patently unlawful'."

@kevbob
This is not unfamiliar police behavior in the "war on drugs" or "gangs" context. It's not unfamiliar to marginalized groups in our society.

Instead of allowing ourselves to get used to this new excuse for overpolicing, we should become outraged in those old contexts, too.
