Our ISP is currently experiencing an outage in Amsterdam. They are working to repair and currently do not have an ETA. We will continue to monitor.

@stragu Our existing ISP is still unable to give us any estimated time to the restoration of service. We are close to finishing the install of a completely new ISP today. We post most updates to community.openstreetmap.org/t/

Operations Team are working to restore - 15 December 2024 (Updated)After leading several major incident service recovery teams, the details of a real-world failure are always more complex than anyone expects. I’d suggest patience until the hosting provider issues a root-cause report, and this can be used to review the overall architecture against availability goals, and yes, costs.
