Die Generalstaatsanwaltschaft erklärte auf Anfrage, man habe das Manifest nicht verbergen wollen, die Erkenntnisse aus dem Pamphlet seien in die Anklage eingeflossen. Im Prozess stellte sich heraus, dass der 41-Jährige sein rassistisches Attentat sorgfältig plante. Außerdem verschickte er sein antisemitisches und antimuslimisches Manifest an eine Münchner Burschenschaft und mehrere Studentenverbindungen. Das Urteil soll nächste Woche fallen.
Im Prozess gegen einen 41-j. Münchner, der letzten Sommer im Stadtteil Pasing ein rassistisches Messerattentat verübt hat, wurde bekannt, dass der Mann vor seiner Tat ein politisches Manifest verfasst und verschickt hat.
Polizei und Generalstaatsanwaltschaft hatten die Öffentlichkeit bislang nicht darüber informiert. Er fordert darin ua. Millionen Muslime zu erschießen. Laut StA ist der Täter psychisch krank und soll dauerhaft in eine Klinik.
