I just finished a rewatch of Star Wars Andor Season 1, before starting Season 2.

Damn. I'd forgotten exactly how great this show is. By far the best of the all series. No surprise really since I consider Rogue One easily the best of the movies, with The Empire Strikes Back as a strong second.

In fact, Rogue One is on my top 10 movies list.

Looking forward to start on Andor Season 2.

My daughter bought me this pin to wear to Star Wars Celebration.

I wore it on my backpack for about 20 minutes before it was torn off in the jostling crowd. Luckily I heard it fall and was able to save it.

It would be a shame to put it in a drawer to be forgotten so now it lives on a cushion in my bedroom.

It makes me happy. #starwars

He's even more captivated by the version played by Genevieve O'Reilly in "Andor." "We now know what Mon Mothma had: a picture-perfect family, a job that made her powerful and famous, and a historic family estate on the most affluent, 'White Lotus'-y planet in all of the galaxy," he writes. "And we know where Mon Mothma ends up: giving a stiff-upper-lip speech relaying the plans to destroy a planet-sized instrument of genocide. Finally, one of the franchise's best character arcs, fully realized after 40 years," he writes.
