Departing #Basel#SBB on board #Nightjet #EuroNight “Canopus” to #Berlin and #Prague . The train comes with sleeping cars, couchettes and sitters. I’m travelling in the #Prague section, in a Czech Railways #ČD sleeper, enjoying a snack purchased on board, before going to bed.

Built in the 1970s, #SBB#SwissExpress trains worked the most prestigious domestic services in Switzerland. Providing mainly open plan seating, a small portion in 1st class was organised in compartments though. They ended their career on regional trains for #BLS. Pictures from May 2018.

Does anyone know what "Updated timetable" means for a train on the https://sbb.ch website?

Does it mean the train is running but with different timing than usual? Or does it mean I'm going to have to take a replacement bus?

The link takes me to a general engineering works page for the whole of Switzerland!
