Make it a Triple Games<p>I made a bingo card for this year. Pratik Patel<p>I don't usually do new year resolutions. But, if there's something I want to try and do, I give myself 30-day challenges. That's how I managed to start my meditation practice over 25 years ago. Same thing re breathing exercises. Doing something 30 days in a row gives your brain the chance to form a habit.
