On February 6, 1891, the Music Pavilion was erected in Zrinjevac.
As recorded in the chronicles, it was a gift that merchant Eduard Prister gave to the city of Zagreb in 1890, but the installation work lasted until February 6, 1991.
Since its installation, the Music Pavilion has become a recognizable venue for promenade concerts and the center around which many other events take place.
Zrinjevac is a symbol of Zagreb's urbanity and culture of living, and the Music Pavilion is at the very center of that symbol.
