hastened our endemic institutional collapse.</p><p>We can draw a straight line, for example, <br>from the Roberts Court’s 2010&nbsp;<a href="https://c.im/tags/Citizens" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Citizens</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/United" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>United</span></a>&nbsp;decision, which invalidated Congress’s bipartisan campaign finance limits on the farcical premise that independent expenditures could not be corrupting, <br>to the imminent shadow presidency of erratic mega-billionaire Elon Musk, Trump’s biggest outside spender.&nbsp;</p><p>Citizens United&nbsp;set the stage for the proliferation of political nonprofits and the establishment of <a href="https://c.im/tags/Super" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Super</span></a> <a crucible of the Civil Rights Era <br>and repeatedly reaffirmed by near-unanimous bipartisan Congresses, Roberts deemed racial discrimination a relic of ancient history, <br>declaring that “nearly 50 For 3 years following liberation they lived in the Landsberg Displaced Persons Camp in Germany. She and her husband immigrated to Canada in 1948. She lived in Toronto. She had 2 children and 6 grandchildren. She died on April 24, 2021 at the age of 101. Minnesota Spy Club<p>Nov 28, 1919: On this date Faye Schulman was born in Lenin, Poland. She was a photographer. On Aug 14, 1942, the Germans killed 1,850 Jews from the Lenin ghetto, including Faye's parents, sisters &amp; younger brother. They spared only 26 people that day, among them Faye for her photographic abilities. The Germans ordered Faye to develop their photographs of the massacre. Secretly she also made copies for herself. He and the people he surrounds himself with continually talk with a clear hostility towards voting, the <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/democratic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>democratic</span></a> process, and the idea of expanding the <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/democracy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>democracy</span></a> with anti-<a href="https://techhub.social/tags/partisan" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>partisan</span></a> reforms. He doesn't just rant, he repeats things that cause real harm (like creating misinformation about FEMA during a hurricane), and his only coherent policies involve going after <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/minorities" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>minorities</span></a>.</p><p>Meanwhile, <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/Harris" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Harris</span></a> has some good policies, is talking the talk, and at least seems to genuinely care about the American people, and is able to back that with calm coherent leadership. She is a moderate, and a lot of people on the left won't like that, but I think she will make a good president. Certainly, we will make progress on civil rights and expansion of medical care under her.</p>
