I know my photos tend to show the bright, sunny side of Scotland, but it might surprise you to know that sometimes it's a wee bit soggy too.

A Highland Cow in Dawsholm Park in Glasgow. Part of the Pollok Park herd, possibly the only council-owed Highland Cows in the world. The herd started almost 200 years ago when cattle were brought down from the Scottish Highlands by the Maxwell Family to graze the lands arouns Pollok House. When the estate was donated to the city of Glasgow in the 1960s, the cattle came with it.

I think Glasgow might be the only place in the world where you can find Highland cows grazing in front of the hulkings remains of disused Victorian gas holders!

Ever take a picture and then later, think... did someone more talented, with a better eye than I, sneak in and take that picture? Here's one of my favorite pictures I took in Scotland last month. So foggy. Much mountains. Such cow. 110% what Scotland is like!

One day (rather night) I thought "What if #HighlandCow wears #sunglasses?" I am not even sure why I imagined this but wanted to draw it.
