Summary:
"Crow wakes up in a dead, red forest, not remembering a single thing about his life. What he knows, however, is that he is a monster. Between his blackened eye bags, sunken cheeks and grayish skin, there is no denying that.
Pilgrim has been a monster for the last four centuries. His pale, featureless face, spindly limbs and glimmering claws keep people at bay and that's the way it's supposed to be - until a particularly chatty mercenary decides that monsters need friends just like everyone else.
Commander Lirius Thanred of the Eternal Empire reflects upon his life and the skeletons in his closet scream at him with full force - it's time to realize that he is a monster as well."
It's a high fantasy setting, with tons and tons of magic, a protagonist who is rather on the self-conscious and pathetic side and a slowburn queer romance coming later down the line. I hope at least some of you enjoy, and I can't wait to explore this website! Also, introductions feel so terribly awkward ^^'.
