The daisies are starting to open! And two maybe-weeds in the clover revealed themselves to be foxgloves. One is nestled in the canopy of a pink dogwood and the other is right up against the fence where dog walkers can see it. I have no idea where they came from! They certainly weren’t there last year. Thanks, universe!
I really love what the clover patch has grown into this year. Calf-high white clover, nodding under the weight of the bees, with a few bonus red (or crimson?) clover getting ready to reveal themselves. The four young hazelnuts didn’t bloom yet, but they’re filling in nicely, even in the shade of the dogwoods. And the volunteer daisies and foxgloves are such a delight.

US spy-tech firm Palantir was a shoo-in for a multi-million-pound NHS contract months before the deal was signed, emails obtained by openDemocracy appear to show.

The email exchange from 2020, in which senior #NHS executives discussed the budget for a new national data platform, sees more than one person referring to #Palantir as the recipient of the funding.
