Tichodrome ColvertVICTOIRE d'une bataille juridique contre l'<a href="https://piaille.fr/tags/A69" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#A69</a> ! Les <a href="https://piaille.fr/tags/%C3%A9cureuils" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#écureuils</a> qui ont réussi à empêcher l'abattage d'une partie des arbres de la Crém'arbre ont enfin obtenu gain de cause : l'OFB a finalement reconnu l'illégalité des défrichages !Autrement dit, les lacrymos, les tortures psychologiques, et la répression policière en général perdent leur seule ligne de défense qui était la supposée autorisation à effectuer les travaux.Les arbres devraient tenir au moins jusqu'au 1er septembre. J'aimerais qu'ils ne soient jamais abattus mais ça m'étonnerait que la justice ait eu le temps d'annuler l'autorisation environnementale des travaux de l'A69 d'ici-là.
