Veera Laukkarinen<p>Tein keväällä kantelun yhdenvertaisuus- ja tasa-arvolautakuntaan syrjinnästä, jonka aiheutti Kela ja sen tulkkivälityskeskus.</p><p>Lautakunta totesi Kelan syrjineen minua kieltäytymällä tallennetulkkauksesta asiantuntijatapaamisessa, jossa kys. tulkkaus oli olennainen osa yhdenvertaiseen osallistumiseen.</p><p>Tilanne on nyt muuttunut.</p><p>"Kelan vammaisten henkilöiden tulkkauspalvelu on muuttanut väliaikaisesti ohjeistustaan tallenteiden tulkkauksesta. Toisin kuin aiemmin, tallenteen tulkkaus ei toistaiseksi edellytä kaikissa tilanteissa siihen liittyvää vuorovaikutustilannetta. Muutoksen syynä ovat viimeaikaiset yhdenvertaisuus- ja tasa-arvolautakunnan ratkaisut."</p><p>Vammaisten oikeus voitti tällä erää. Väliaikaisesti. Vaadin pysyvää muutosta parempaan suuntaan.</p><p>Lisään vielä tähän, et en ollut ainoa joka teki kantelun lautakuntaan tallennetulkkauksen kieltäytymisestä.
