The District of Spittle-Fields poster maps are finally up on #DriveThruRPG!

I designed and commissioned these maps to go along with the Return of the #Ripper adventure for #DCC #RPG, but they could be dropped into any #fantasy #city.

The maps are inspired by 17th century maps of East #London. Many of the street names are actual London street names. The characters decorating the streets were digitised from period sources by @Printdevil. Artwork is by @wfgWorkshop.

The district #maps for Return of the Ripper are finally done! The maps depict the the four quarters of the District of Spittle-Fields: Spittle-Fields Market, the Tenements, the White Chappel and the Benevolent Craftsmen's Quarter.

The four maps will be printed at tabloid/A3 size and fit together to make one large map of the entire district.

Thanks to @Printdevil for help with researching 16th-century maps of London and to @wfgWorkshop for the realisation.

I'm trying to read the Dungeion Anarchist's cookbook, but I keep falling asleep. To be honest I'm not so keen on this floor at all. But I'll keep struggling on, I do want to know what happens, and I can't remember how they deal with Heccla. #DCC

When exporting to .glb I name the mesh, textures and materials. Normally I would use `filename_type` for naming (e.g. CamperVan_Material), but many engines only show the first few letters in the file browser, so `type_filename` might be better.

So it's voting time! Let's vote on asset naming conventions:

Please boost for reach.

Nice things about today: We opened the huge parcel which contained our new Echo Studios, plus my new mini caffetiere and decaffinated coffee. So when we had everything squared away I got to have a cup of yummers coffee and it was wonderful.The new echos aren't set up yet, it will need time so we might get to do it tomorrow or we might need to wait for the weekend. They are big though, I'm looking forward to hearing what they sound like. I'm still deep in #DCC book 7, it's getting darker, more intense and more chaotic by the minute, but it still makes me laugh out loud at times, and that's why I think I can go on reading it. Usually anything this dark and I'd just have to stop. A plumber came out today, we had to call and politely nag the renting agent who never do anything in a hurry, but we once more now have running water and aren't in dager of being flooded with something very unpleasant. I'm up now for a cup of tea and going to try for an hour in the matrix. I would have to get a squiz attack right in the middle of a hunt and collect event which only lasts till Saturday. Bleh! Ah well, onward and upward.

In #2024 there were 64 3rd-party #crowdfunding campaigns for #DungeonCrawlClassics #DCC #RPG

I have to say that #GoodmanGames are extremely supportive of their #indie #creators, with a hand-wavey license and active promotion of 3rd-party content.

On 14 March they will host their second creator summit (on Zoom). $20 gets you access to all the seminars (including access to all the recordings). goodman-games.com/blog/2024/11

Had a blast in #DutchComicCon #HDCC today! Finally wore my birb suit again! I should really wear him more often, I really enjoyed all the reactions and interactions from the crowd ;v;;

This edition featured the first real #Furry area of the con, organized by #MadeFurYou !

There was a photobooth where you could get photos with various suiters, including Missy (MiesdoCreations, my suit maker!), Pax (PolkaSpots) and Eclipse.
