Swede’s Photographs<p>Good morning. 🍂🌿🍃</p><p>3 April 2025</p><p>I have a framed picture above my desk, a simple print in a cheap frame that was given to me by my former employer. I've been thinking about replacing it with one of my own photographs—some of which I’ve had printed and framed by Pixels. Over the years, I’ve accumulated a collection of old framed items and mementos, mostly from my Army days. I’m not sure what to do with them. I can’t bring myself to throw them away, but I don’t have anywhere to display them, and even if I did, who would see them? They once adorned the "I Love Me" wall in my office. Now, they’ve become one of those dilemmas you tuck away in a box, promising to deal with later. everton137<p>After years of living in Germany, I have discovered that it is much more pleasant to enjoy the beach outside the high season. The beach is quiet, sometimes just for us. When the sun comes out, even in the cold, you don't need so many clothes. The beach isn't crowded with chairs and the prices are more reasonable. Many beaches allow dogs, which is great fun for them.</p><p>If we want to go in the water, we can go to a hotel sauna or swimming pool. My partner is going today and I'm going tomorrow, so we won't leave the furry beast alone. No more getting sand in the wrong places or feeling like a fried fillet in the hot sun! 😂 </p><p>And I decided a long time ago not to go on holiday in the summer or very close to it, because it's already too hot. Spring and autumn are my favourite seasons. Surely the temps will fall soon! <br>I actually slept quite solidly last night albeit with the aircon fan on all night but still a little over-warm though. <br>I’m booked for my Covid booster this morning down at the local pharmacy. I’ll be picking up my daughter first up though as we’re going to have a Mum & daughter day. She will help me to choose pj’s to give the grandkids at Easter along with a small choc egg each & I also want to get a gift card for my granddaughters 18th birthday from Pandora.
