</p><p>- <a href="https://librinfo74.fr/gerard-fumex-journaliste-a-librinfo-a-ete-agresse-sauvagement-par-des-sbires-de-lextreme-droite/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">librinfo74.fr/gerard-fumex-jou</span><span class="invisible">rnaliste-a-librinfo-a-ete-agresse-sauvagement-par-des-sbires-de-lextreme-droite/</span></a></p><p>Une manifestation en solidarité avec l’assassinat du jeune Thomas à Crépol s’est tenue ce dimanche 26 novembre 2023 à Annecy. </p><p>Une manifestation encadrée par les militants d’extrême droite de Reconquête.</p><p>Il est surprenant que le Préfet, généralement bien informé, ait eu la naïveté d’autoriser cette manifestation demandé par une association paravent du parti politique identitaire et homophobe de Zémour. </p><p>Les mêmes manifestations avaient été interdites par les préfectures dans de nombreuses communes de France. </p><p>Une erreur du Préfet, car celle d’Annecy était bien organisée par les militants d’extrême droite de reconquête avec la participation d’Alexandre Gabriac, militant de Civitas, plusieurs fois condamné pour avoir, entre autre, diffusé une photo faisant le signe nazi. 
</p><p>Notre journaliste, Gérard Fumex, réalisant un reportage pour notre média librinfo, a été violemment pris à partie par ces militants, affrontant une pression hostile mâtinée de haine. </p><p>Après avoir été jeté à terre, Il a reçu un violent coup de pied dans l’oreille, provoquant une déchirure du lobe, une atteinte dans le conduit de l’oreille provoquant un important saignement.</p><p>**Une police passive et spectatrice
**</p><p>L'agresseur qui m'a arraché mon portable</p><p>À aucun moment les policiers sont intervenus pendant l’agression. Après avoir reçu le coup de pied étant au sol, un policier s’est déplacé pour l’aider à le relever sans intervenir auprès de l’agresseur. Il a été mis en sécurité sur un banc.</p><p>Vous n’aviez pas à les provoquer !
</p><p>Cette phrase prononcée à son intention par ce policier nous a laissé perplexe. </p><p>Outre le fait qu’il n’avait pas à juger la démarche d’un journaliste, ce commentaire, qui sous entend que c’est de la responsabilité de la victime d’avoir été agressé, est inadmissible de la part d’un policier.</p><p>**L’agresseur n’a pas été inquiété
**</p><p>À 4 mètres de l’agression, les policiers ne pouvaient ne pas voir l’agresseur et l’identifier.
 </p><p>Légalement, dans ces situations, les forces de l’ordre, témoins d’une agression, doivent demander à la victime si elle porte plainte, ce qu’il aurait fait s’il avait été sollicité. </p><p>Dans ces conditions, les policiers sont habilités à mettre l’agresseur en garde à vue.</p><p>
*En aucun cas les policiers ont demandé à Gérard Fumex s’il voulait porter plainte*. </p><p>Assis sur le banc, sonné, il n’a pas pu voir si l’identité de l’agresseur a été recueillie par les policiers. </p><p>Nous nous renseignerons auprès de la préfecture pour savoir si un rapport a été écrit et si l’identité de l’agresseur a été relevé. </p><p>*Par contre, celle de Gérard Fumex a été scrupuleusement relevée*.</p><p>**La manifestation est partie tranquillement, ”protégée” par les forces de l’ordre**.</p><p>Créer un contre-feux en affirmant qu’un manifestant a dû de rendre aux urgences
</p><p>Il est coutumier dans les milieux d’extrême droite d’inventer une agression de la victime, pour essayer de minimiser celle réelle perpétré par les militants d’extrême droite.</p><p>Ce fut le cas dans cette affaire où les organisateurs de la manifestation ont raconté à la journaliste du Dauphiné libéré qu’un des leurs aurait été frappé et emmené aux urgences.
</p><p>**Un article du Dauphiné Libéré contestable sur le plan journalistique
**</p><p>Alors que la seule victime d’une agression, emmenée aux urgences par les secours, était notre journaliste, la rédactrice de l’article du Dauphiné a relayé maladroitement, mais de bonne foi, les dires des militants d’extrême droite sans vérifier si effectivement un des leurs avait été emmené aux urgences.
</p><p>La seule information qu’un média doit mettre en avant est qu’un journaliste a été agressé pendant l’exercice de son métier.
</p><p>Les circonstances seront à éclaircir par la justice et non par le média qui peut-être manipulé. </p><p>Une grande prudence doit être observée avant de relayer des informations non vérifiées.`</p>
