I don't believe #AssassinsCreedShadows is going to "save" #Ubisoft from a buyout.

I can bet #Tencent will make a hostile takeover or will make an offer The Yves Guillemot family won't be able to refuse, with idea of cleaning house from their atrocious management.

When I lived in China I found I couldn't socially exist without their everything app; WeChat. Even putting aside the privacy horrorshow, the power TenCent have because every other company effectively has to transact through WC is terrifying.

When FarceBook tried to do the Libra/ Diem payment integration, it was obvious who they were emulating. Very glad it failed.
