Ich habe halt immer die <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Kette" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Kette</a> mittels <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Verschleißlehre" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Verschleißlehre</a> rechtzeitig gewechselt. Ich befürchte allerdings, dass beim nächsten Kettenwechsel das mittlere <a href="https://fediworld.de/tags/Kettenblatt" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Kettenblatt</a> die Kette mitzieht. Das hat sich schon beim letzten Wechsel angedeutet. Mal schauen, ob es noch passenden Ersatz gibt.

Mark ChickYesterday I narrowly avoided a very expensive outcome to some bike maintenance.My <a href="https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/Shimano" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Shimano</a> Dura Ace FD-R9100 front derailleur needed adjustment. I noticed the adjustment barrel (ringed in green) was sticking so removed it to clean. Once removed, a 2 mm piece of plastic (ringed in yellow) fell out. This acts like a nylon nut, adding friction to the cable adjustment screw on the input link.Getting the plastic piece back in so that it held the cable adjustment screw took 45 minutes using tweezers. The piece is tucked inside the derailleur in a hard to access spot and is only held in place by the cable adjustment screw. It fell out more times than I can recall! 🤬Installing that tiny piece of plastic took massively disproportionate effort. Die Kette springt auf dem kleinsten Ritzel, egal welches Blatt vorne ist. Kette und Ritzel sind noch in Ordnung und das Problem bestand eigentlich von Anfang an. Die Umschlingung habe ich ausgereizt. Bevor ich es jetzt mit neuer Kette und Ritzel versuche, kann es noch eine andere Ursache geben? StehpferdNach dem Firmware Update von Schaltwerk, Batterie und Shifter war der gesamte Antrieb tot. Keine Reaktion, keine leuchtende Kontrollleuchte, nix.Da fällt dir alles aus dem Gesicht. Also nicht nur wegen der ggf. anfallenden Reparaturkosten, sondern auch wegen der ggf. erforderlichen Zeit.Nach dem Duschen und 15 Minuten Ruhe für den Antrieb gab es doch noch ein Lebenszeichen. I simply found a model, remade it for 604 bearing and press fitted it in 30 mins. NNNI saw this magnificent Shimano CI-Deck dashboard on a bike at work. The two outer gauges show which front/rear sprocket is being used :) .
