Jahrhunderts gehörte Stuttgart zu den großen Schokoladenstädten Deutschlands. 1848 startete der Schokoladenhersteller Waldenbaur direkt am Feuersee, in der späteren Rotebühlstraße 83. Hier wurde Schokolade gegossen, verpackt und verschickt. </p><p>Zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts florierte das Unternehmen.
