Most drivers were using their lights, and rightly so. However, there is always a significant minority of drivers who refuse to turn on their <a href="https://mastodon.org.uk/tags/RearLights" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>RearLights</span></a> in such conditions.
