Cliff<p>Looks like it's going to be one heck of a day at work. We have a major outage with our software for majority of our customers that were upgraded last Thursday night and now today they aren't able to connect or get signed in.</p><p>Calls are going crazy as are emails. Let's hope this day ends quickly!</p><p><a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Work" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Work</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/PhoneCalls" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PhoneCalls</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Emails" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Emails</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Trainwreck" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Trainwreck</span></a></p>
Cliff<p>Good morning and happy Wednesday <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Fediverse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fediverse</span></a> folks!</p><p>How has your day been so far and what have you accomplished or what do you hope to accomplish?</p><p>For me, I just started work about an hour ago and so far it's been pretty slow. Managed to get my 2025 training stuff completed which is nice. </p><p>I have two meetings today. One at 2pm which is an entire team meeting, then one at 3pm which is a one on one with my immediate supervisor. More of a check in to see how I'm doing type meeting, so that should be a decent meeting.</p><p>Not much else is planned since I work until 8pm EST, so I'll just answer calls as they come in. Just hoping there aren't too many crazy calls.</p><p><a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/MorningMoments" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MorningMoments</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/GoodMorning" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GoodMorning</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Work" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Work</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Meetings" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Meetings</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/PhoneCalls" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PhoneCalls</span></a></p>

or outright dismiss this as a problem.</p><p>Listen: <br>Not everyone is able or willing to carry <em>two</em> devices when 1 <em>SHOULD BE ENOUGH</em> and also some places (i.e. <a
