It works like following Twitter accounts with <a href="https://toot.fedilab.app/tags/Nitter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Nitter</span></a>.</p><p>In the main menu, open the option "Manage timelines", then check the media descriptions for more details.</p><p>You can create several timelines and/or group tags in a single timeline.</p>

I've hosted my <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/searxng" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>searxng</span></a>, <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/libreddit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>libreddit</span></a>, <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/invidious" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>invidious</span></a>, and <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/nitter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>nitter</span></a> instance locally on the home network but meh. Got too lazy, plus it was expensive to have a server running 24/7. I don't pay the bills.</p>
