cyHey, a friend who wants to remain anonymous has a last will and testament to deal with. It says he only gets the house if he "cares for the Settlor as long as she lives," but she's kind of a shitbag who abused him and now believes he's possessed by evil not-Mormon spirits. The will says if he "predeceases" the "Settlor," then his son gets the house. Two questions here. 1. Is she expecting him to murder her? 2. If he puts her in a home, but doesn't murder her, then neither he nor his son get the house.
