I took this image on my first ever trip to <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Europe" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Europe</a> last year. We ventured to the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Mountains" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Mountains</a> in Northern Italy for some hiking where we were greeted with freshly snow capped mountains. It made for an incredible welcome to our trip to this area.This image has become one of my favorites from the trip. Anton GorlinThis weekend, we went for a family hike to some waterfalls, which took us around 3h. The weather was on and off, rainy and cloudy. On the way back, we made a detour to some lookout and suddenly a cloud rolled in and made it foggy in the middle of the day. Feeling lucky. This is an experimental sudden photo. I was walking back to the car and suddenly saw a patch of fog making a backdrop for some trees. And this nice alternation of dark and bright stripes too.
