FableMosh Demo: interactive theatre piece 'Descension' by Laura Krasteva has a web interface that lets you switch between different actors in real time, as they read the script. You can also adjust the volume of the soundtrack. The words take on a different meaning, with different actors reading the same text, and the soundscape can come in and out of focus as it interplays with the performer.

FableMosh is a new theatre streaming service, designed to deliver indie shows, and shows with multimedia, interactive elements (I know one of the shows lets you choose the cast, and change them halfway through, which is cool!) They have a mailing list if you want to stay updated on their releases.
