NDR<p>🏠 Das Modellprojekt "Housing First" der Hamburger Sozialbehörde gibt es seit Sommer 2022. "Housing First" bedeutet, dass obdachlose Menschen zuerst eine Wohnung brauchen, damit sie dann ihren Alltag besser regeln und Hilfen leichter annehmen können. </p><p>👏 Das Konzept ist in anderen Ländern bereits äußerst erfolgreich. In Finnland z.B. wurde damit seit 2008 die Zahl der Obdachlosen halbiert.
