Geoffrey GiebelhausI've been loving watching the changing light on these buildings as the suns position changes from day to day. Geoffrey GiebelhausEvery once in a while I grab one of my vintage lenses and adapt it to my Fuji, add a combo of extension tubes and head out into the forest to see what small things I can find.I often search for scenes like this one - a small capped mushroom standing proud on a log. To my joy, I noticed this very tiny slug traversing the log too. For scale, this mushroom is the size of the white of my thumbnail! Fishing For MomentsAuch die Einfahrt einer Tiefgarage kann für interessante Fotos gut sein. Hier sorgt die Leuchtreklame eines Einkaufszentrums für farbige Reflexionen auf dem nassen Asphalt. Auch wenn die Schrittstellung nicht optimal ist, finde ich den starken Beschnitt mit Fokus auf die Beine und den Zebrastreifen am gelungensten. Die Reflexionen der Schaufenster auf dem feuchten Pflaster hatten mich angezogen. Ich hätte lieber genau vor jedem Fenster eine Person gehabt. Aber zwei mal weiße Sneaker in idealer Schrittstellung – das war genug Glück genug. Ich warte nur sehr ungern länger als 15 Minuten an einem Ort. I was attracted by the reflections of the shop windows on the damp pavement. I would have preferred to have a person right in front of each window. But two pairs of white sneakers in the ideal step position - that was luck enough.
