It's such a perfect English countryside, with the patchwork of fields and rolling hills. Words :vivaldi_blue:<p>That was good! I went out with the camera for the first time in ages. I was heading to our local pond but on the way drove past a field and spotted a red kite circling around. While red kites are increasingly common in many parts of the country we have had relatively few in this part of Sussex (Brighton). I've been waiting patiently for years for them to extend their territory this far south and east. I parked up on my way back from the pond and sure enough the kite was still there. The light was poor and these aren't great shots, but given their local scarcity seeing this less than a mile from my home was a real treat.
