Evelyn in Montreal<p>For the past few months I’ve been having a terrific time making miniatures for my rustic Christmas-themed <a href="https://canada.masto.host/tags/Dollhouse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Dollhouse</span></a> using cardboard, mdf board, balsa wood etc.<br>For Christmas I gifted myself this how-to book by Julie Warren so I can learn more about how to create sturdier and more realistic furniture.<br>The first thing I learned about was planning a room out ahead of time. I made a model of my kitchen and it helped me solve a positioning problem 😃 <br><a href="https://canada.masto.host/tags/Dollshouse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Dollshouse</span></a> <a href="https://canada.masto.host/tags/DollhouseJournal" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DollhouseJournal</span></a> <a href="https://canada.masto.host/tags/miniature" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>miniature</span></a> <a href="https://canada.masto.host/tags/crafts" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>crafts</span></a></p>
