Here is California's "radical lunatic" Governor Gavin Newsom, on his podcast, bragging to fascist conspiracy theorist Charlie Kirk, that “We do work with ICE. … We coordinate with ICE on the deportation, we’ve done that over 10,000 times since I’ve been governor, we’re not denying access, we’re not denying coordination.” This, despite his earlier pledge that California would be a “sanctuary to all who seek it.”

BREAKING: Tufts Student Rümeysa Öztürk Released From ICE Detention by Judge
The decision is another blow to the Trump administration’s effort to detain and deport international students for their speech.
The latest #data demands are "absolutely alarming," & "reckless" & likely violate the #Privacy Act & other statutes, said Jon Davisson, senior counsel & director of litigation at the nonprofit Electronic Privacy Information Center. He & other advocates warn the data could be used to enable #deportation & mass #surveillance efforts & would do little to address improper payments.
"It is an unprecedented extension of the administration's campaign to consolidate #PersonalData," Davisson said.
Also new in the #MahmoudKhalil case, Judge Farbiarz orders the government to give him a COMPLETE LIST of every time since 1975 it has invoked the Secy of #State's power to deport someone for #ForeignPolicy reasons—including a description of each case's facts & a copy of the official determination.
