Shannon Kay<p>Coffee people of the internet.</p><p>My electric coffee grinder has broken. Should I replace it with the same model, or get a different one?</p><p>I have the OXO Brew Conical Burr Coffee Grinder with Scale. I've used it multiple times daily for about 3.5 years. I brew aeropress, electric drip, and cold brew. </p><p>After examination, it looks like part of the bean hopper is broken, causing it to not grind properly anymore. CoffeeGeek<p>Did you know Baratza made a commercial grinder? One tested and certified for light commercial use?</p><p>It's the Forte Grinder. We've never formally evaluated this grinder at CoffeeGeek. That's changing this summer. CoffeeGeek<p>The Rancilio Stile grinder - fully seasoned, is usually within .25g a dose or smaller, based on its timer.</p><p>That is... REALLY good. Here's two doses, 3 shots apart (ie, I did three shot pulls I didn't photograph the measurements of).
