i genuinely want to send an open letter to Apple, with requests/demands of giving similar and respectable freedoms like what Android has such as a proper sideloading system without taxing devs, proper OS font and icon customisation (not just on the lock screen), and giving more freedom for devs in general and not tax them heavily yearly for publishing their own apps.
my demands could expand, however these are the most basic things i really need Apple to know about.

These all value profit and control over humanity. None of them belong in a fair, democratic world.
If they do something you like, or "for" you, you're being groomed. It's not loyalty or care. They will turn and eat you in turn while distracting others with new trinkets.

This probably doesn't go as far as you want, but just in case it helps:
You can affect the size of the menu bar by changing the display resolution/scaling in Settings > Displays.
If you're in Dark Mode and your wallpaper under and below the menu bar is solid black, then the menu bar becomes very dark gray. Not quite black, but close enough that you may not notice.

A) Yes, someone believes that.
B) That's the wrong question. I think the right question is whether this approach to validating synthetic data is even good enough. The article you linked to claims that use of synthetic data led to the news summary debacle. I don't think that's the case. I think it's simply the result of the intrinsic randomness of LLMs, which naturally causes hallucinations. ChatGPT was almost certainly trained on real data, and it still hallucinates. So why would better synthetic data produce adequate results?

Installed the macOS 15.4 update, and I'm almost shocked that Apple did NOT reactivate the damn Apple Intelligence this time! 
(they still reactivated the WiFi, because respecting the choices that the user made still isn't 100% acceptable to them, of course)
